Ingredients
2 scoops Core Support French Vanilla
½ cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
½ cup cold water
½ cup diced mango (fresh or frozen)
2-4 ice cubes (omit if using frozen fruit)
Instructions
Add ingredients to blender
Blend for 30–60 seconds, or until creamy.
Add more liquid if too thick, or more frozen fruit/ice if too thin.
Pour into a glass and enjoy as a refreshing AM protein smoothie to start your detox routine.
