Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Core Support French Vanilla

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk

  • ¼ cup sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)

  • ¼ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 2-4 ice cubes (omit if using frozen fruit)

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to blender

  2. Blend for 30–60 seconds, or until creamy.

  3. Add more liquid if too thick, or more frozen fruit/ice if too thin.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy as a refreshing AM protein smoothie to start your detox routine.
