Power Soup Lemon is a vibrant, savory blend of fresh greens, vegetables, herbs, and healthy fats designed to nourish and energize the body. Creamy avocado, nutrient-rich greens, and warming spices create a smooth, satisfying soup with a bright, refreshing flavor. Miso, herbs, and mineral-rich sea salt add depth while supporting digestive wellness. Enjoy chilled as a nourishing meal or a revitalizing addition to your wellness routine.

Ingredients

Soup Base:

  • 1 tbsp Unpasteurized Miso

  • 3 tbsp Hemp/EB/Udo/Olive Oil

  • 1/½ tsp Celtic or Himalayan Sea Salt


  • 1 Tomato

  • 1 Bell Pepper (Any Color)

  • ½ Red Onion

  • 1 tbsp Dulse Flakes

  • ½ tbsp Turmeric

  • 1 dash of Cayenne Pepper

  • 1 tbsp Mole Powder

  • 20 Pumpkin Seeds


For the Greens:

  • 1 bunch/bag Arugula/Spinach

  • Dill/Cilantro/Parsley or other herb

  • 1 Avocado (Added last)


Optional:

  • Garlic, Hot Pepper, and Other Greens/Herbs to taste.

  • Water if soup is too thick.


Instructions

  1. Blend the Miso, Oil, and Salt into a paste

  2. Blend in the Red Onion, Tomato, Bell Pepper, Dulse Flakes, Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper, Mole Powder, and Pumpkin seeds.

  3. Fold in the greens, add the avocado last. You may need to add water if the soup is too thick.

  4. Enjoy!
