Ingredients
Soup Base:
1 tbsp Unpasteurized Miso
3 tbsp Hemp/EB/Udo/Olive Oil
1/½ tsp Celtic or Himalayan Sea Salt
1 Tomato
1 Bell Pepper (Any Color)
½ Red Onion
1 tbsp Dulse Flakes
½ tbsp Turmeric
1 dash of Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp Mole Powder
20 Pumpkin Seeds
For the Greens:
1 bunch/bag Arugula/Spinach
Dill/Cilantro/Parsley or other herb
1 Avocado (Added last)
Optional:
Garlic, Hot Pepper, and Other Greens/Herbs to taste.
Water if soup is too thick.
Instructions
Blend the Miso, Oil, and Salt into a paste
Blend in the Red Onion, Tomato, Bell Pepper, Dulse Flakes, Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper, Mole Powder, and Pumpkin seeds.
Fold in the greens, add the avocado last. You may need to add water if the soup is too thick.
