Coconut Crème Soup with Tomato Drizzle is a smooth, refreshing blend of coconut, fresh herbs, lime, and warming spices that creates a rich yet vibrant flavor. Creamy coconut and aromatic basil and cilantro are balanced by ginger, garlic, and a touch of cayenne for added depth. The fresh tomato drizzle adds a bright, savory finish that complements the soup's silky texture. Enjoy chilled as a nourishing meal that is both comforting and energizing.

Ingredients

Soup Base:

  • 1 ½ cup purified water

  • 1 ½ cups coconut water

  • 2 tbsp white/yellow miso

  • 1 tbsp namo shoya

  • 1 garlic clove -large

  • tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 inch chunk of ginger

  • 1 tbsp of raw coconut oil

  • Juice from two limes


  • ½ cup chopped basil

  • ½ cup cilantro

  • 1 ½ cup raw coconut meat


Tomato Drizzle:

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1 garlic Pinch of celtic sea salt

  • 2 tbsp of raw cold pressed olive oil

  • Touch of lime juice

  • Leaf of cilantro

  • Leaf of basil

Instructions

  1. Blend, on high, the following ingredients; Purified water, Coconut Water, Miso, Namo Shoya, Garlic, Cayenne Pepper, Ginger, Coconut Oil, Limes

  2. Add the Basil, Cilantro, Coconut meat and blend until creamy.

  3. Blend in Avocado

  4. Drizzle with Tomato Crème

  5. Enjoy!
