Creamy coconut and aromatic basil and cilantro are balanced by ginger, garlic, and a touch of cayenne for added depth. Ingredients
Soup Base:
1 ½ cup purified water
1 ½ cups coconut water
2 tbsp white/yellow miso
1 tbsp namo shoya
1 garlic clove -large
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
1 inch chunk of ginger
1 tbsp of raw coconut oil
Juice from two limes
½ cup chopped basil
½ cup cilantro
1 ½ cup raw coconut meat
Tomato Drizzle:
2 tomatoes
1 garlic Pinch of celtic sea salt
2 tbsp of raw cold pressed olive oil
Touch of lime juice
Leaf of cilantro
Leaf of basil
Instructions
Blend, on high, the following ingredients; Purified water, Coconut Water, Miso, Namo Shoya, Garlic, Cayenne Pepper, Ginger, Coconut Oil, Limes
Add the Basil, Cilantro, Coconut meat and blend until creamy.
Blend in Avocado
Drizzle with Tomato Crème
