Chardly Delicious is a bright, leafy green smoothie blended with chard, spinach, bok choy, celery, lemon, green apple, blueberries, mango, and a creamy touch of avocado or coconut oil for a refreshing, nutrient-packed sip.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. water

  • 2 Chard Leafs without stem

  • Handful Spinach

  • 1 Bok Choy leaf

  • 1 celery stalk

  • 1/2 whole lemon skin off

  • 1/3 corn blueberries

  • 1/2 green apple

  • 1 piece mango

  • Either 1 tsp. coconut oil or 4 finger slices avocado slices

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to blender

  2. Blend for 30–60 seconds, or until creamy.

  3. Add more liquid if too thick, or more frozen fruit/ice if too thin.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy as a refreshing AM protein smoothie to start your detox routine.
